4. CPE Tracker

The CPE Tracker is a self-reporting organizational tool designed to help you log and manage your professional development activities. It does not constitute an official record of continuing education. You are solely responsible for verifying that any activities you log meet the specific requirements of your certifying body. 5. User Content

You may submit content to PsyberSec, including comments, CPE activity entries, and profile information (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to submit the content
• The content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights
• The content is accurate and not misleading
• The content does not contain malicious code, hate speech, or illegal material

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant PsyberSec a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute the content solely in connection with operating the website. PsyberSec reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion.

6. Prohibited Conduct

When using PsyberSec, you agree not to:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PsyberSec and its operators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to:
